Henry of Pelham Speck Family Reserve Riesling 2024
Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaFrom the Old Farm Block of their Short Hills Bench estate vineyard, this 21B clone was planted in 1984 in the site's silty clays. After whole berry pressing, this was fermented in stainless, with a portion in 3000L foudres. Bright lime, white blossoms open and lead the juicy, steely, off-dry palate, lined with perfumed lees, and finishing with a bitter lime twist.
