Morgon, Beaujolais Villages, Beaujolais, Burgundy, FranceSince 1993, the father-son duo of Jacques and Christophe Lanson have been making wine from 10 hectares of land across two Beaujolais crus: 7 hectares in Morgon and 3 hectares in Fleurie. From 50+ year old vines, this was fermented and aged in stainless. Plump dark plum, thorny blackberry, crushed stones, and subtle cracked pepper fill the slightly structured palate through a stony end.
