Priorato, Catalunya (Catalonia Cataluña), SpainThis organic blend of 60% white grenache, 30% macabeo and 10% pedro ximenez was grown on Priorat's ferrous clay and sandy slates. Vineyards were planted from 1937 to 2000 at 300m. This orange rested on skins over the 2 weeks of fermentation in stainless.
