SINFO is the flagship wine of Bodegas Sinforiano. Free run juice from the coferment of 70% Tempranillo, 20% Verdejo, and 10% Albillo makes up the blend, fermented and aged briefly in stainless. Juicy and bright, shining with cranberry, ripe strawberry, mandarin on a sleek, silken palate, with a light dusting of stony spice for intrigue.
