Blasted Church Rosé Grenache Grown in Washington 2024
Washington, United StatesThe grenache was sourced from the certified sustainable Andrews Family Vineyards based on silty loam over fractured basalt. After a two hour cold soak, the juice was pressed to tank and trucked to the winery's Skaha Lake cellar and fermented in neutral French oak barrels. Distinct, savoury red grape skin notes add interest to fresh berry. Rounded, creamy raspberry and cranberry blend with a lovely grenache presence in the mid-palate. There's a very deft balance and acidity that underpins but does not intrude on the flavours.
