Horse Heaven Hills, Columbia Valley, Washington, United StatesThese gris grapes are certified sustainable and grown at Andrews Family Vineyards in the Columbia Valley Horse Heaven Hills AVA. After a brief cold soak, the juice was pressed into the tank and trucked to Blasted Curch on the Skaha Bench. The quiet nose led to a lively palate of apricots, melon, and a dusting of honey and baking spices. It's drier than many of its compatriots but also softer.
