A few hours of skin contact during the winemaking contributes to a smooth intensity in the flavours. Plush, yet precise, there's a sluice of lemon, chamomille, melon, white peach, Asian pear and tropical notes. It finishes with a touch of spiciness in the lingering ending and the balanced acidity is pinpoint.
