1 Mill Road Grenache Rosé 2024

Horse Heaven Hills, Columbia Valley, Washington, United StatesSourced from the Coyote Canyon Vineyard in Washington’s Horse Heaven Hills AVA, this grenache rosé was fermented primarily in stainless steel with 26% aged in neutral French oak on lees for four months. Partial malolactic fermentation was also utilized to refine and soften the mouthfeel. On the pour it tends towards a lighter Provence colour. At first, airy hibiscus, rosehip, grapefruit, hint of bread crust and strawberry lead to a subtle, precise, and finely textured palate, with grapefruit entwined with rosehip tea, hibiscus, and cranberry, and a tincture of grenache in the finish. More than just a sipper.Tasted: 19 May 2025Tasted by: Brent GushowatyPrices:
