Nearly half of the blend comes from vines that are over a century old, and 74% comes from those that are over 95 years old. This wine offers excellent value for $25 in Ontario. The nose features enticing spice, bright red fruits, dried herbs, and rose petals. The palate delivers creamy red fruit flavours with a long, spicy finish. The subdued tannins and savoury finish provide a delightful umami experience.
