Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence, Provence, Sud de France, FranceVilla Del Rose is the essence of Provence, grown over clay-limestone hillsides, mixing grenache, syrah, and cinsault. The colour is pale peach/pink, and the palate, like last time, is slippery, pitching red fruit with black pepper and a cleansing, mineral, wet stone finish, dusted lightly with garrigue.
