Valle del Colchagua, Valle del Rapel, Region del Valle Central, ChileThis wine has exhibited notable changes since being made with fruit from the DO Colchagua. The vineyards have been certified organic since 2017, which may contribute to added complexity and pronounced fruit. It displays a medium-dark colour, blending florals and black cherry that continue onto the palate. After fermentation, the wine matures for one year in French oak barrels, which impart additional weight and texture to the wine. Further improvements include longer aging and a transition away from American oak.
