Spearhead Pinot Noir Cuvée 2023
East Kelowna Slopes, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe Cuvée takes me to New Zealand with its earthy, forest floor, clove demeanour. The palate is a spicy affair of plums and cherries with a subtle earth and mushroom finish, again lined with spice. Rich and mouthfilling, this needs something like duck confit to contain its exuberance.
