Côtes du Rhône, Rhone Valley, FranceThis blend of grenache blanc, roussanne, bourboulenc, and viognier comes from plots on the right back of the Rhône, specifically around Avignon and Roquemaure, and a mix of stony terraces, calcareous clays, and sands. It was fermented cool and slow, with no MLF, and 4 months on lees in stainless. White peach, ripe pear, and river stones sit on a lightly waxy palate, with a bitter lemon verbena twist on the finish.
