Narrative's XC Sparkling is packaged in lightweight glass and stelvin that can handle the pressure of sparkling. Though strangely not labelled a rosé, this is most certainly that deep hue, a curious blend of auxerrois and chardonnay fermented in concrete, stainless, and large barrels. Cranberry, rhubarb, cherry is cut with an ale-like tartness, and dosed with orange tablet on the finish, a current 11.5%.
