Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSparkling under screw cap? Believe it. Narrative's XC Sparkling is packaged in lightweight glass and stelvin that can handle the pressure of sparkling. Though strangely not labelled a rosé, this is most certainly that deep hue, a curious blend of auxerrois and chardonnay fermented in concrete, stainless, and large barrels. Cranberry, rhubarb, cherry is cut with an ale-like tartness, and dosed with orange tablet on the finish, a current 11.5%.
