Rioja, SpainThis organically certified Rioja consists of 75% tempranillo, and graciano. The grapes are fermented whole, which increases the fruitiness. After fermentation, it spends approximately 90 days in third use American oak barrels, primarily for aeration rather than imparting oak flavours. The wine exhibits a ruby to dark cherry colour with a nose of wild berries, smoky licorice, and hints of vanilla and spice. It has a soft texture and is ready to drink.
