It is full-bodied but balanced, allowing it to be aged or consumed now with beef. The blend includes 49% merlot, 31% cabernet sauvignon, 13% cabernet franc, 5% malbec, and 2% petit verdot. Double sorting tables ensure that only the highest-quality fruit is used for whole-berry fermentation in stainless steel and oak.
