I'm Your Organic White 2024
SpainThe name says it all. A straight-up fresh, clean, unfettered white wine from central Spain made with organically grown grapes. The nose is a white flower and citrus affair with bright acidity and a clean, mineral, lemon lime palate and bone dry finish. It is a perfect summer wine for shellfish, fish tacos, or a piece of soft cheese. The blend is classic viura and sauvignon blanc from 12 to 15 year old head pruned bush vines.
