Chablis, Burgundy, FranceStéphanie and Vincent Michelet are the force behind Domaine Courtault-Michelet's family collaboration, uniting the vineyards and the accumulated expertise of two generations of winemakers in 1984. The 20 hectare property sits over iconic Kimmeridgian limestone soils and spans Petit Chablis, Chablis, and Chablis Premier Cru appellations. The marlstone and fossilized oyster shells are the source of minerality that runs through this tightly wound Chablis, which is textbook in structure and flavour. Pale in colour, there are faint hits of apricot nose with a dry citrus stony palate and finish.
