Blasted Church Viognier 2024
Canada - USA, CanadaThe viognier is a blend of white grapes from both sides of the border with viognier from the Andrews Family Vineyards in Washington (64%) and the Red Brick Vineyard in Osoyoos (21%), along with Marsanne (15%), also from the Redbrick Vineyard. Fermentation and cellaring occurred in a combination of French oak and stainless steel. Initially, it offers Crenshaw melon, spring flowers, honey, light pineapple, roasted parsnip, and apple skin.
