Rattlesnake Hills, Columbia Valley, Washington, United StatesThe Pristine Series represents Bartier Bros. 2024 foray into Washington State to make and sell Crafted in B.C. (CIBC) wines. The Vin Gris (pinot gris) comes from Zillah Vineyard in the Rattlesnake Hills AVA. The grapes were harvested at night, destemmed and crushed before being fermented cool in stainless steel tanks back in Oliver. Its pale gold colour precedes the Bartier subtlety pitching grapefruit and ripe apple aromas with lightly textured peach and berry fruit notes. We love the under $20 price tag. Drink all summer with small bites on the patio.Tasted: 21 March 2025Tasted by: Prices:
Rattlesnake Hills, Columbia Valley, Washington, United StatesThe Pristine label is how Bartier Bros chose to differentiate their Crafted in BC (CIBC) wines from the 2024 vintage. This Vin Gris sourced pinot gris from Washington State's Zillah Vineyard, in Rattlesnake Hills. It was picked at night, destemmed and crushed immediately, fermented cool in stainless back at their home winery in Oliver. Pouring a shining light golden hue, this slight white carries white peach, yogurt, and pear skin along its 11% frame, finishing with a kiss of spice and salinity. Subtle and light, try this on a sunny patio.Tasted: 15 April 2025Tasted by: Prices:
