Wahluke Slope, Columbia Valley, Washington, United StatesThe Pristine labels are Bartier Bros.' reference to their 2024 replacement wines. The cabernet sauvignon was sourced from 40 year old vines grown in sandy loam soils at Soaring Eagle Vineyard, located in Washington State's Wahluke Slope AVA. It opens with a light peach/orange hue, presenting cherry, watermelon, and raspberry, with a hint of spice. It is appropriate for consumption throughout the summer. The fruit for this wine was harvested at night, destemmed, crushed, and pressed immediately, then transported to Bartier Bros. winery, where it was fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks on the Black Sage Gravel bench.Tasted: 21 March 2025Tasted by: Prices:

Wahluke Slope, Columbia Valley, Washington, United StatesMainly light cherry, rose hip and watermelon. a small back current of red skinned savoriness creates some fine tension with the easy, juicy, rosé elements. Slightly off dry, with clear flavours, an appropriate acidity provides excellent balance. The cabernet sauvignon character makes a fleeting cameo in the drifting finish. Well crafted.Tasted: 16 May 2025Tasted by: Prices:

It was night harvested, destemmed and crushed and pressed immediately, and fermented and rested in stainless back at the Oliver winery. Pouring a shining peach hue, this silken, sleek wine streams delicate cherry blossoms, fragrant raspberry, and fine spice along the palate, lingering with perfumed spices.
