Bartier Bros. Pristine Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé 2024

Wahluke Slope, Columbia Valley, Washington, United StatesThe Pristine labels are Bartier Bros.' reference to their 2024 replacement wines. The cabernet sauvignon was sourced from 40 year old vines grown in sandy loam soils at Soaring Eagle Vineyard, located in Washington State's Wahluke Slope AVA. It opens with a light peach/orange hue, presenting cherry, watermelon, and raspberry, with a hint of spice. It is appropriate for consumption throughout the summer. The fruit for this wine was harvested at night, destemmed, crushed, and pressed immediately, then transported to Bartier Bros. winery, where it was fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks on the Black Sage Gravel bench.Tasted: 21 March 2025Tasted by: Prices:
