Black Sage Gravel Bar, Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaYear two of the Reserve is fermented and aged four months in 3-5 year old neutral French oak barrels with weekly bâtonnage for four months. The nose is a mix of honey, candied apple, and ripe pear. The attack is full and round with the softness of a barrel ferment that adds a bit of weight and mouthfeel.
