The grapes are handpicked and spend a brief two hours on their skins, resulting in a pale Provençal pink colour. It has a fresh and juicy profile, with a balanced level of residual sugar and acidity. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks to ensure maximum freshness. The aroma and palate feature notes of watermelon, strawberries, raspberries, and citrus dusted pink grapefruit, with a hint of earthiness.
