It has a distinctive herbaceous, grilled bell pepper scent that is hard to miss. Santa Carolina releases a silky smooth version that pitches juicy, ripe black plum, raspberries, and cherries with an earthy, spicy undertone. The acid is bright, and the wine is lively.
