Washington, United StatesThe Poplar Grove Cascadia Series is part of the B.C. "replacement" wine venture due to the near wipeout of the 2024 crop. This pinot gris originated from an early morning pick in Washington and was processed at Poplar Grove on the same day. The aroma includes nectarine, pear, and a hint of red apple. The sweetness of the aroma is balanced by a fresher taste with some (good) bitter mineral notes present in the essentially dry finish.
