Hester Creek Pinot Gris Columbia Valley Collection 2024

Yakima Valley, Columbia Valley, Washington, United StatesAt Hester Creek, all replacement wines cultivated in Washington were meticulously hand harvested, packed in recyclable containers, and transported across the border using temperature controlled trucks. The team at Hester Creek carefully hand sorted the grapes, followed by gentle destemming and complete processing on site. This has resulted in an aromatic gris with a vibrant character. Apricots, white peaches, honey, and savoury desert scrub contribute to a relatively crisp profile, complemented by a hint of minerality in the fruit. Clean, mostly dry, and ready for consumption, the pricing is also appealing. The grapes were harvested from the Art Den Hoed Vineyard in the Yakima Valley AVA during the early hours between September 23 and 26, and transported to Hester Creek the same day.Tasted: 05 March 2025Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
