Domaine Drouhin Arthur Chardonnay 2023

Dundee Hills, Willamette Valley, Oregon, United StatesNew World chardonnay with a charming Old World twist is always intriguing. French winemaker Veronique Drouhin has crafted a delicious bottle of Oregon chardonnay that begins with freshness and uses just the right amount of complexity to draw you into the wine. Thirty year old Dundee Hill vines are at the heart of the matter. Lemons, green apples, and a hint of baking spice run throughout a wine you can drink now and through 2028. Veronique's brother, Philippe Drouhin, looks after the viticulture, earning a well deserved international reputation for his work in Burgundy and Oregon. Ninety acres are now planted inside the 225 acre estate, with over 3100 vines per acre. Impressive.Tasted: 19 March 2025Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
