Maremma, Tuscany, ItalyI love the subtle white flowers and citrus that spills across the palate of this fresh, mineral driven luncheon /patio white that perfectly fits local shellfish dishes. This vermentino is off 20 year old vines, and was fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks on lees for ten months. First released in 2010, the Rocca di Frassinello Vermentino harvests the vineyard twice.
