Paarl, Coastal Region, South AfricaThis vintage of Paarl Heights Red blend is entirely cinsault, blending dry farmed bush and trellised vines from Paarl's decomposed granite soils. It was fermented in stainless where it remained until bottling. This medium bodied red is smooth and red fruited, with some cinnamon and white pepper spicing the cherry-led palate. Tannins are smoothed, kissed with black tea astringency, which takes this to a snappy, spiced finish.
