Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe fruit is pulled from the warm, south Okanagan Perfect Hedge Vineyard in Osoyoos, which fully supplies the heat to ripen viognier. The ’22 follows the lush, rich, Laughing Stock style, pitching a creamy sweet pear and yellow apple palate spiked with red apple and a dollop of oak and spice. Crab cakes are the rich match, and spicy Thai curry is the spice match.
