Rhone Valley, FranceThe name of this organic and biodynamically farmed cuvée refers to their family name, translating as "Drop of the Lord." From 35-year-old vines from a selection of Rhône vineyards, this blend of 45% bourboulenc, 40% grenache blanc, and 15% viognier was fermented and rested in stainless steel. Ripe melon and white peach stretch along the medium palate, buffered with some waxen lees underneath.
