Marlborough, South Island, New ZealandFrom Churton's organic and biodynamically farmed hillside vineyard above the Waihopai Valley, this was whole bunch pressed and native fermented long and slow in a mix of stainless and barrel, with each plot vinified separately and held on lees for 9 months prior to racking and bottling. Bright and punchy passionfruit leads, followed by pink grapefruit, tangerine, crunchy green apple, and stony spice along the juicy palate.
