Tuscany, ItalyCastellare di Castellina has always had one eye on Tuscany's centuries old traditions, such as this amber coloured Vin Santo. The half bottle is the perfect size for this delicious mix of caramel and honey punctuated with candied orange peel. Neither sweet nor dry, it is the classic biscotti dessert wine.
