Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, Canada2021 was the inaugural release of a single variety Syrah, with fruit off their East Bench vineyard in the southern Okanagan. The extra ripe fruit was fermented in stainless before resting 33 months in new American oak. Dense and ripe, this compact, rich, ripe red clocks in at a whopping 15.5%, full with smoked wood, baked black cherry, and peppery spice, lingering with baking spice.
