Valle del Cachapoal, Valle del Rapel, Region del Valle Central, ChileEl Pacto Agreement 1 hails from Totihue in the Cachapoal Valley, about 110 kilometres south of Santiago. The style is fresh and almost crunchy, with plenty of fruit thanks to the minimal use of oak, given that it is aged mainly in 5000L oak casks and only a few barriques. Expect ripe notes of black cherries and blackcurrants, indicative of its youthful character, accompanied by a subtly textured finish.
