Seven Hills Winery Sauvignon Blanc 2021
Columbia Valley, Washington, United StatesFrom selected Columbia Valley vineyards dating back to 1972, this sauvignon blanc is splashed with 10% combined Semillon, Muscadelle, and Orange Muscat. It was fermented cool in stainless, with a small amount seeing time in 300 and 500L French barriques. Punchy and forward, this smacks you with brisk passionfruit, guava, and tart tangerine, zipping along the medium, lees-licked palate to a sherbet finish. If you like shier sauvignon, don't look here, but if you're after a racier style, look for this label.Tasted: 20 December 2024Tasted by: Treve RingPrices:BC | $35.00 | 750ml | private wine stores |
