Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis viognier was whole cluster pressed and fermented in a mix of concrete, neutral French barrels, and clay amphora. It then moved to French barrels (30% new) and amphora for 5 months on lees. A brief palate of white peach, ginger spice, and soft green pear sits atop a creamy base, and finishes with a snappy tangerine twist.
