Red Barn at Jagged Rock Lost Art Sémillon 2021
Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe latest of Anthony Von Mandl's projects, Jagged Rock comes off the Black Sage Bench in the southern Okanagan. This sém was while cluster pressed and fermented and aged in concrete, affording it a creamy, subtly stony texture. On the herbal side of sém, this carries lemon thistle, white grapefruit, and desert sage along a tangerine base, finishing with a sour sherbet twist.
