Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom Oliver's Jagged Rock Vineyard, this blends co-fermented chardonnay and sauvignon blanc, a strange match. With grapes in near equal parts, this was aged in concrete before bottling. Bright and tropical, with steely pineapple and crisp yellow apple, this rides a slick of lees to a stony peach blossom finish.
