Rías Baixas, Galicia, SpainCreated by a co-operative of 428 growers that was formed in 2005, Paco & Lola is one of the biggest albariño brands sold worldwide. From sandy loams across Rías Baixas, this was fermented in stainless over 3 weeks, where it remained on fine lees until bottling. Bright and zippy, with white grapefruit, lemon blossoms, and a fine slick of lees, finishing on a snap and with a fine granitic buzz.
