Novaripa Dovizia Trebbiano d'Abruzzo 2020

Abruzzo, ItalyGrown in the pergola system, this trebbiano was crushed and left on skins for 8 hours while cold, then pressed off into barriques for fermentation and 6 months bâtonnage, after which it aged 1 year in concrete. Pouring a golden yellow hue, this full bodied white carries ripe melon, fragrant white peach, ripe pear, and perfumed spices along the finely creamy palate, finishing with lingering ginger spices.
