Rías Baixas, Galicia, SpainPart of Groupo La Rioja Alta, this comes from estate grapes (the largest estate-owned Albariño vineyard in Rías Baixas) in the O Rosal and O Salnés sub-zones. It was cold macerated under gas before ferment in stainless, with no MLF, where it remained on lees until bottling. Tart grapefruit, Asian pear, green melon glides along the lees slicked palate, finishing with a snappy citrus twist.
