Tuscany, ItalyThis Toscana IGT rosé is named after one of the sea nymphs of Greek mythology, thought to be a symbol of sensuality and beauty. Alìe has the classic no-colour colour of barely pink/orange, a syrah-based pink with a splash of verdicchio. The nose is a mix of wild strawberries, lemons and oranges. The palate is similar, with a saline mineral underside that helps keep it fresh and inviting.
