Domaine Rolet Poulsard Vieilles Vignes 2023
Arbois, Jura, FranceThis older vine Poulsard is from 40+ yo vines in Arbois and Montigny-lès-Arsures, on calcareous marls. It was destemmed, native fermented with 12 days maceration and without SO2, and it remained in stainless until bottling. Deep peach / light cherry in hazy hue, with roiboos tea, light pink pepper, wild cherry, with light, diaphanous tannins hugging this through the finish.
