Arbois, Jura, FranceFrom vines planted in Arbois and Montigny-lès-Arsures, on red marls, sandstones and gravels, this blends 45% Pinot Noir, 35% Trousseau, and 20% Poulsard. It was destemmed and native fermented without SO2 and 2 week’s maceration before aging 9 months (25% in older barrels). This opens with a lift before swinging into rhubarb, juicy cherry, sapid branch, with finely firm, tea-lined tannins housing.
