Marlborough, South Island, New ZealandThere are not many changes here, but consistency can be a good thing. Expect a tightly round, fresh, intense gooseberry and nettle nose with a smoky, leesy, mineral undercurrent. The attack is similar, with fresh grapefruit, nettle, gooseberry, and jalapeno flecked with melon and nectarine skin. Shellfish is the obvious match, but you can serve it with a favourite Thai dish.
