Okanagan Falls, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis light, bright, traditional method pinot blanc saw OK Falls fruit whole cluster pressed and barrel fermented for one year before heading to bottle and secondary ferment with a Champagne yeast. After six months aging sur lie, this was disgorged, with zero dosage. Crisp and bone dry, this whispers the delicacy of pinot blanc, with subtle white peach, apricot blossoms, and crunchy Asian pear dotting the riffing, slight (11.5% palate).
