Castilla-La Mancha, SpainFrom their organic estate vineyards in Uclés, Castilla, this high altitude tempranillo was fermented and rested in stainless to preserve the bright fruit. Warming blueberry, blackberry, and cassis flood the juicy palate, with fragrant spices, and just a whisper of sticky tannins to frame. The finish is warming, surprisingly so at only 13.5%.
