Inama Vin Soave Classico 2022
Soave, Verona, Veneto, ItalyDuring the 1960's, Giuseppe Inama, the estate’s founder, began to purchase small plots of vineyards in the heart of the Soave Classico. Today the winery has 30ha across the region's volcanic soils. This, their classic Classico, was vinified in stainless to preserve garganega's fresh fruit. Bright melon, pear is brightened with grapefruit and lined with stony lees, the latter taking a wee edge of this lean, sleek white. The finish quickly turns to snappy, tart white grapefruit.
