Sud-Ouest, FranceThis amber wine is from organic loin de l'oeil from SW France. Organically farmed fruit was cold macerated on skins before a native ferment in stainless, and aging in clay amphora. Pouring a deeper gold hue in the glass, this streams bitter orange, apricot pith, tangerine, and melon along the lightly waxen, palate, finishing briefly with a grapefruit twist.
